Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds are made to the original payment card.
- The refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Early Departure
If you check out before the planned date, remaining nights will not be refunded.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions), Mavirem Hotel may offer alternative dates or a full refund.
