  • All prices include VAT.
  • Payment is made via credit/debit card with 3D Secure.

  • Online payment via credit or debit card (3D Secure)
  • Supported cards: Visa, Mastercard, Troy

5. Service Delivery

  • Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00

6. Cancellation and Refund Terms

  • 7+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • 0-2 days before check-in: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment card.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Per Article 15/ğ of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services scheduled for a specific date.
