Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER The person identified by the name, surname, phone, and email provided in the reservation form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the accommodation service reservation and payment made by the BUYER through the Mavirem Hotel website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service Information

Service type: Hotel accommodation service Service location: Aksaray Mah. Koçibey Sk. No:22, Fatih, İstanbul 34096 Service details: The room type, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and total amount are specified on the payment confirmation screen.

4. Service Fee and Payment

  • The total service fee is calculated based on the selected room type and duration of stay.
  • Payment is collected via credit/debit card through 3D Secure virtual POS.
  • Prices include VAT.
  • Payment can be made in Turkish Lira (TRY) or Euro (EUR).

5. Service Delivery

  • Accommodation service begins on the check-in date and ends on the check-out date specified in the reservation.
  • Check-in time: 14:00, check-out time: 11:00.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15/ğ of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date. However, Mavirem Hotel applies the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellations 7 or more days before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellations 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellations 0-2 days before check-in: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

7. General Provisions

  • The BUYER is deemed to have confirmed the service fee, room details, and accommodation dates on the payment page.
  • Mavirem Hotel is responsible for service delivery except in cases of force majeure.
  • Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
  • This agreement becomes effective on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
